Matrics has provided Client Representative Services to a number of Clients including the Wales Millennium Centre, University of Bedfordshire, Brooklands College and K College. This has involved Matrics in being part of the Client Organisation and managing the procurement and/or delivery of Project Team Consultancy Services.
Project Management/Employers Agent
Matrics provide Project Management and/or Employers Agent Services for many Clients including those stated above and for ING Real Estate, Resolution Asset Management, LEA Investments and Arena Leisure. On most projects this includes being the Lead Consultant setting and managing projects within budget and programme parameters.
Cost Management/Quantity Surveying
Matrics serve numerous Clients by providing Cost Management/Quantity Surveying Services; these Clients include Equity Estates, ING Real Estate, and Planestation Limited. The extent of services provided will depend on the chosen procurement route whether it be Design Build, Construction Management or Traditional Contracts.
